The Clerk's notice shall be st1bstantially in accordance with Exhibit B ofR-99-241, and shall provide such person an opportunity to pay the amount of the civil fine within an additional twenty (20) day period. 1 • The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall notify Animal Services where return of mail service indicates that attempts to notify or provide notice as described in R-99-241 to any person with unpaid fines has been unsuccessful. • Actual service by certified mail, return receipt requested, of the Clerk's Notice of Non-Payment (Exhibit B ofR-99-241), is required before any additional fine or jail sentence may be imposed. Service of the Order to Show Cause and the Order of Contempt and for Arrest shall be effected as provided by law. • This Administrative Order is effective immediately, and shall apply to all persons with unpaid fines who have been successfully notified or noticed by the Clerk of 2 .... !:·..-.
