Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section06/01-21-6.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • All criminal and civil cases to be .tried by jury shall be set for trial in Division C. • The date of the trial shall be s·et by the pres_lding Judges in Criminal Divisions A & Band the Civil Division: • Priority shall be given to the criminal cases with the earliest filing dates. • The Judges assigned to Divisions A & B shall alternate weeks between administrative matters and jury trials so that during their jury trial week they will assist t_he Trial Division Judge. • The Criminal Division Judges and the Trial Division.Judge shall try as many cases as practical each week. • If all jury trials are resolved prior to the end of the week, the Trial Judge shall make themselves available to assist the County Civil Division, the South County Division or the Circuit Court. • Once a trial date has been set, Attorneys shall be expected not to schedule matters in conflict and continuances will not be granted except for unavoidable good cause. ... ·"' .• .... .., First appearances shall be covered on a rotating basis· among the four County Court Judges assigned to North County to be coordinated by the County Court Administrative Judge.
