Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section02/02-16-2.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all judicial sales shall be set by written court order and no sales, properly advertised, shall be cancelled except by written court order, unless there is a complete settlement of the action prior to the scheduled sale. • In the event of a complete settlement, the scheduled sale shall be cancelled by the Clerk of Court. • The Clerk shall also cancel a properly advertised sale if a timely Motion for Rehearing is filed pursuant to Rule 1.530, Fla.R.Civ.P.
