No additional interviews shall be allowed except by court order and with good cause shown. Any interested party may request an additional interview by filing a written motion with the Court having jurisdiction over the matter; in the motion, the party shall set forth the exceptional circumstances supporting the request. If tbe request is granted, the Court shall limit the scope of such interviews, including the place and the manner in which the interview is conducted in order to minimize the impact on the victim. • Guardian Ad Litem. If the court appoints a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) or other advocate, the GAL or advocate shall be provided notice of all interviews with the victim. See§ 914.17, Fla. Statutes. • Coordinated efforts. Parties and agencies shall coordinate their efforts so as to avoid unnecessary duplication of victim interviews, and shall use their best efforts to reduce the number of interview events.
