The court finds the $50.00 fee established by Manatee County for drug and alcohol testing is reasonable. This charge shall be limited to one $50.00 testing fee for each probationer or defendant placed on Supervised Recognizance regardless of the number of offenses included in the order and shall be in addition to the cost of supervision.
