Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section05/15-05A-5.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • A person appointed by the Court to serve as a member of an examining committee in a proceeding to determine incapacity of a non-indigent Ward, or a physician appointed by the Court to examine a non-indigent Ward pursuant to a Suggestion of Capacity, shall be paid as follows: Psychiatrist, other physician or psychologist $400.00 Other members of committee $250.00 (not psychiatrist, other physician or psychologist) These fees shall be paid by the guardian from the assets of the Ward. • All fees ordered to be paid shall be paid by the guardian within a reasonable time from the date of the Order.
