Paperwork received by the court that contains only email addresses and not mailing addresses may be rejected. • Parties must consult and comply with the particular judge's, magistrate's, or hearing officer's requirements for submitting courtesy copies of paperwork (including notices of hearing, motions, affidavits, memoranda of law, and case law) to their offices in advance of a hearing. • Additionally, unless otherwise ordered by the court, all parties and attorneys submitting proposed orders or judgments to the court must provide the court with a sufficient number of copies to be conformed and sufficient stamped, addressed envelopes for service of the order or judgment to all parties by US Mail. Failure to comply may result in the court rejecting the proposed order or judgment or holding the proposed order or judgment until such time as sufficient copies and envelopes are provided. 1 HARLES E.
