Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section02/16-09-2.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • The due process services compensation rates schedule attached hereto as Attachment "A" and incorporated into this Administrative Order shall apply in all cases in which the court is responsible for payment of the due process cost pursuant to applicable law. 1 • Nothing in this order prohibits the Court's exercise of judicial discretion in awarding a reasonable deviation from these due process service rates for exceptional circumstances. Attorneys seeking due process service rates in excess of those set forth in Attachment "A" must motion the Court for an evidentiary hearing as ex-parte orders will not be permitted. • In all orders where the Court is responsible for payment of the due process costs, the order must state that "Court Administration" or "the 121h Judicial Circuit Court" is responsible for payment. Orders that fail to include these words will be returned to counsel and an amended order must be provided before any costs will be paid.
