Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section02/91-20-2.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • The Clerk shall supply each judge with a rubber stamp inscribed with the words: "Filed with the Court on 19~, but not to be included in record on appeal unless otherwise directed by a party under Rule 9.200(a)(2)." 2 ~ When the judge receives a docuillent containing non- substantive matters, and not intended to be included in the record on appeal, the judge shall apply the stamp to the face of the document (and fill in the date) before forwarding it to the clerk.
