Program is available only to first-time offenders of §316.613, F.S. (1995). Persons whose citations are issued under circumstances arising out of an accident involving death or bodily injury are not eligible to participate in the Program. b. Persons electing to attend the Program must pay $29. 00 in costs to the Clerk of Court within 30 days of the citation issue date. Additionally, persons electing the Program must file with the Clerk of court proof of completion of the Program within 90 days of the election date. c. To attend the Program all persons must have an approved child restraint car seat and pay a fee of $25.00. d. Persons who successfully complete the Program shall receive a withhold of adjudication.
