Persons electing to attend the Program must pay $29 in costs to the Clerk of Court within 30 days of the citation issue date. Additionally, persons electing the Program must file with the Clerk of Court proof of completion of the Program within 90 days of the election date. b. To attend the Program all persons must have an approved child restraint car sear and pay a fee to Manatee Community College.
