If a case is currently set for a hearing or trial in Division Bit shall not be transferred to Division D. • Once the reassignment is complete, the Clerk shall mail a notice to all parties in 1 the affected cases indicating that their case has been reassigned to Division D and shall reference this Administrative Order as the reason for the reassignment.
