Ledger) if payments were due through the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) -OR- if direct payments were made, a written calculation identifying the date(s), amount(s) paid and adding corroborating documents. The written calculation and supporting documents must be provided to opposing Counsel or the opposing self-represented party no less than three (3) days prior to the evidentiary hearing. See Administrative Order 5.301-5/09 . • If a party intends to call witnesses, then at least fifteen (15) days prior to trial, the parties shall file with the Clerk of Court (and provide a copy to opposing party) a Witness List (containing names and addresses for each witness). A copy of the Witness shall be provided to the Magistrate at the final hearing.
