Verbatim from the operative section of https://e7tb82hwrcn.exactdn.com/wp-content/uploads/administrative-orders/Section%2002%20General%20Applicability/2.024%2003-1%20-Motions%20to%20Compel%20Discovery.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • (1) When a motion to compel discovery alleges a complete failure to respond or object to discovery, and that there has been no request for extension, an ex parte order may be entered by the court requiring compliance with the original discovery demand within 10 days of the signing of the order. • The movant shall submit the proposed order and addressed, stamped envelopes for the court's consideration. • (2) No ex parte Motion to Compel Discovery shall be entertained unless the motion bears a certificate of moving counsel to the effect that he/she has contacted opposing counsel and attempted to resolve the discovery dispute without a hearing, but that the matter could not be resolved.
