This provision shall be included on all notices of court proceedings to be held in a public facility, and on all process compelling appearances at such proceedings, including, but not limited to: a. Subpoenas for trial; b. Jury Summonses; c. Notices of hearings; d. Notices for depositions held in court facilities; e. All other court related proceedings • The provision on the notices of court proceedings shall include the following substantive language, and shall be printed in boldface, 14-point Times New Roman or Courier font as seen in the following examples: a. Times New Roman: If you are a person with a disability who needs any accommodation in order to participate in this proceeding, you are entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance. Please contact Cheryl Alfonso, ADA Coordinator, 302 Fleming Street, Key West, FL 33040, (305) 292-3423, at least seven (7) working days before your scheduled court appearance, or immediately upon receiving this notification if the time before the scheduled appearance is less than seven (7) days.
