MOTION TO CONTINUE: A Motion to Continue must be submitted to the Court, prior to the status hearing with an attached order. If the Motion to Continue is not agreed, it must be set for hearing. If the continuance is granted, counsel will be given a new status hearing or calendar call. If the continuance is denied, counsel of record and the defendant shall appear in person at status hearing.
