TRIAL EXHIBITS: In cases where the number of exhibits at trial exceeds fifty (50), the court requires attorneys for both parties to meet and consult prior to trial and review the exhibits. All undisputed exhibits will be delivered to the Court with cover pages identifying each exhibit. All uncontested exhibits will be delivered to the court clerk on the first day of trial on a USB stick with each exhibit marked with a designated number for identification purposes. Any evidence in dispute will be addressed by the Court before trial or at trial, as ordered by the Court. All disputed evidence must be marked alphabetically for I.D. only A, B, C, etc.
