Parties shall confer pre-trial to go over all exhibits and proposed stipulations. Each party shall then proceed to pre-mark all trial/ evidentiary hearing exhibit using letters of the alphabet for identification purposes only. Once admitted, the clerk will then sequentially mark each entered exhibit with its proper numerical designation in evidence. It is the introducing party’s responsibility to secure evidence stickers prior to trial in order to effectuate pre-marking of the exhibits.
