HEARING TIME & ARGUMENT LIMITS • General Description The essential function of the position i s to assist judges with the timely disposition of cases through case management, case monitoring, and program implementation. The position is responsible for providing information to litigants and trial court staff; reviewing filings; managing and preparin g cases for court hearings which includes preparing proposed court orders and other pertinent pleadings; briefing judges; attending hearings (if applicable) and other trial court proceedings; maintaining record/filin g system; scheduling hearings; and performing related clerical support functions.
