Your notice for trial must contain a good faith estimate of time required for trial (coordinate with the opposing party). After receipt of the notice for trial you will receive an order setting pretrial/case management conference. All parties and counsel are required to be present at the case management conference. Parties and counsel MAY appear via Zoom. Counsel and their clients are to be in the courtroom and ready for trial in a timely manner. Depending on other emergency matters, the Court will start as soon after the scheduled start time as possible.
