Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/aao_19990326.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • The Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer Program of Collier County shall be administered by the Administrative Circuit Judge. • In any instance where traffic hearing officers do not have jurisdiction to preside over an infraction as set forth in Rule 6.630(d)(l)-(3), or in any other instance expressly exempted by Florida law, the case shall be assigned to the Civil Division County Court Judge for disposition. • This order shall take effect upon its execution and shall remain in effect until further order of the Court. ~
The Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer Program of Collier County shall be administered by the Administrative Circuit Judge.
