Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/ao_12_1.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • Each Citizen Review Panel shall be administered by an independent not-for-profit agency duly established and maintained as provided by Florida Statute§ 39.702(2). • Each Citizen Review Panel shall be composed of five volunteer members and shall conform with the requirements of Florida Statute § 39. 702. • Each panel member shall serve without compensation as provided in§ 39.702(3), Fla. • All Citizen Review P~els which are established pursuant to this administrative order shall conduct themselves and their proceedings in accordance with Chapter 39.702. • The duties, responsibilities and obligations of all citizen review panels duly established pursuant to this administrative order shall be as prescribed in Chapter 39.702.
