Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/ao_2_34.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • The Twentieth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee shall consist of the following members: a. • Each member shall serve during that member's term of office. • The at-large member shall serve at the pleasure of the Chief Judge and shall serve during the Chief Judge's term of office, unless otherwise discharged by the Chief Judge. • The Twentieth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee shall meet quarterly, or on a schedule otherwise established by the Committee. • The Twentieth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee shall discuss, monitor and/or coordinate professionalism activities within the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, and may take action deemed appropriate by the Committee in furtherance of promoting and encouraging professionalism within the legal community. • Each January, the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee shall submit to the Chair of the Commission on Professionalism an annual report on the status of professionalism and professionalism activities within the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. • To the extent that any provision of this Administrative Order may be construed as being in conflict with any law, statute, or rule, the law, statute, or rule shall prevail. 15 + J,
