Stat. §28.24. • Upon receipt of payments or installment payments for reimbursement of investigative or prosecution costs, the Clerk shall, after deducting the service charge, deposit said payments into the Clerk's prosecution/investigative costs account and shall credit the account of each defendant with each payment so received. • The Clerk shall dispense all accumulated payments on a regular basis pursuant to a disbursement schedule established by the Clerk and in accordance with any applicable statutes or procedures established by the Florida Association of Court Clerks, Inc. • To the extent that any provision of this Administrative Order may conflict with any rnle, statute or law, the rnle, statute or law shall prevail.
