Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/ao_3_18.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • Any person who has been served with a complaint or information or a notice to appear for violation of the criminal laws of this State or any political subdivision thereof including a criminal traffic violation or a city or county ordinance or other charge, and that person fails to appear before the court in answer to the charge or charges for any proceeding which has been duly noticed and required, a warrant for their arrest shall issue. • All such warrants shall be in compliance with Rule 3.121 and shall appropriately reference the court proceeding which resulted in the issuance of the warrant.
