Verbatim from the operative section of this order, re-extracted 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • For all criminal defendants placed on misdemeanor probation within Hendry County and where supervision is conduct by probation officers employed through the Administrative Office of the Courts, the Clerk of Courts in and for Hendry County may collect a supervision fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month. • For all criminal defendants placed on misdemeanor home or electronic monitoring, the Clerk of Courts of each respective county within the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, or the applicable vendor, may collect additional daily fees in amounts to be established by each respective county's probation department, or as decided by the sentencing court. To the extent that these fees are established by a county's probation depai1ment, infonnation as to the amount of these fees shall be available at the primary office of the respective county's probation department. • Upon receipt ofpa)~nent of the fees set forth herein for supervision conducted by probation officers employed through the Administrative Office of the Courts, each Clerk of Courts shall remit said fees, less any administrative fee agreed to by the Chief Judge and Clerk of Courts, to each respective Board of County Commissioners on a monthly basis. • Nothing in this Administrative Order is intended to infringe upon any authority that an 2 (.~ c· c c:J 0 0 -.....J C> individual sentencing judge may have as it relates to imposing the cost of misdemeanor supervision under section 948.09(l)(b), Florida Statutes, or upon the authority of the Clerk of Courts to collect supervision fees in amounts otherwise ordered by the Corni.
