Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/ao_8_1.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • In all predisposition reports required by Chapter 39, Florida Statutes, all counselors' recommendations and analyses shall include a paragraph reflecting community attitudes of the parties interviewed and shall state whether the parties interviewed were aware of the offense and their recommendations as to treatment. • All complainants, State Attorneys, victims and arresting officers involved shall be notified of the date, time and place of disposition hearings in juvenile matters, and that they may but are not required to attend said hearings.
