Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/par_20010223.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • The RIDE program shall be administered by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Collier • Entering into the RIDE program shall be completely voluntary. • As a condition of participation in the program, the defendant must agree and acknowledge that he or she will abide by the terms and conditions of the program in a signed application and will also pay any additional fees or costs related to the program as authorized herein. • This fee shall not be refunded should eligibility be denied; b) Upon acceptance into the RJDE program, the defendant will pay a nonrefundable set-up and processing fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00); c) A state-imposed nonfundable licence reinstatement fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) will be paid at the time of enrollment; and, . d) The defendant will pay a Two Dollar ($2.00) administrative fee per payment.
