Inmates are currently working with 6 adult dogs and 9 puppies. Inmates have to apply through the Inmate Coordinator and must meet qualifications such as non-violent background. The success rate for adoption is 97%. The dogs may also do community service work. Inmates that participate in this program learn other life skills such as interaction and working through struggles.
