Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • The Clerk, upon receipt of payor number assigned to account (2 above), shall issue a prepared notice by certified mail (return receipt requested) directed to the payor and the payee informing each of the change of location, method of payment, service charges required, method of disbursement and the effective date such change will be made. • A copy of current memorandum entitled "Information and Instructions about Domestic 'Rent Ei6hs Depository" shall be attached thereto for information and refer- ance of addresses. • The original of said notice with attached returned receipts shall be filed in individual case records with a notation thereon as to any arrear ages incurred to effective date of this Order.
