Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • At the time of Summary First Appearances, the Clerk shall have noted on the trial calendar the following notations: • Pursuant to Rule 7.050(2)(c) the Clerk shall provide immediate assistance, if requested, to any non-represented litigant in the preparation of any papers to be filed in this action. • Pursuant to Rule 7.l70(a), if the defendant does not appear after service of pr_ocess at the scheduled time of the Summary First Appearances, the Clerk shall enter a default on behalf of the plaintiff as directed by the Court.
