Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • When a defendant receives a traffic cit~tion and is not physically arrested and booked on same, all traffic citations, including t.hose for violations of Chapters 320 and 322, Florid4 Statutes, shall be made returnable to th~ Traffic Violations Bureau within ten (10) days of the issuunce of such truffic citations. • If the defendant presents to the Traffic Violations Bureau a valid Florida registration issued prior to the traffic citation, said citation shall be dismissed. • If the defendant presents to tile Tr~ffic Violations Dureau a valid chauffeur's license issued j)rior to the tr.:J(ric· citation, said citation shall be dismissed, 2. • If the traffic citat ion is nul disposed of ilS prov,ided in C(l) or C(2), the defendant shall be given a court date, D. • IE the traffic citatlon is not disposed of as provided in E(l) or £(2), the defendant shall be given a court date.- F. • If the traffic citatio~ is not disposed of as provided in F(l), the defendant shall be given a court date. -.G. • If the traffic citation is not disposed of as provided in G(l), the defendant shall be given a court date. • Upon appearing at the Traffic Violations Bureau,. the defendant shall be given a court d~te. • If the defendant presents to the Traffic Violations Bureau a" valid vehicle registration issued prior to the traffic citation, said citation shall be dismissed. • All traffic cases, Wherein the defendant is not physically arrested and booked and the case is not disposed of as provided by this Order, shall be disposed of in the folldwing mariner:
