Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • Failure of any defendant to appear at the Misdemeanor Department and dispose of said l-tisdemeanor Citation as hereinafter set forth shall result in the placing of said Misdemeanor Citation on a calendar for presentation to the County Court handling said charges for further action. • If the Misdemeanor Citation is not disposed of as provided in A(a), the defendant shall be given a court date. • If the Misdemeanor Citation is not disposed of as provided in 4(a), the defendant shall be given a court date. • If the Misdemeanor Citation is not disposed of as provided in B(l), the defendant shall be given a court date.
