Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • Should the Defendant appear in the Clerk's office on or before the date certain to pay the fine and/or court costs and request additional time within which to pay the fine and/or court costs, the Clerk of the County Court shall, in writing I ackno~ledged by the Defendant's si9n~ture, extend this time for payment, not more than thirty (30) days after-the original day certain. • If a defendant is unable to make a payment the defendant shall appear on or before the payment due date, at the Office of the Clerk of the County Court, Duval County, Florida, and the Cle~k is he~eby authorized to give the defendant one (1) thirty (30) day extension.
