Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • The Clerk of Court or designee, shall forward this certified copy of the citation to the State Attorney's Office where the filing of the charges will be handled as a walk—in. • The State Attorney's Office shall file charges under Chapter 327.72, Florida Statutes, for failure to pay a fine specified in Chapter 327.73, Florida Statutes. • Upon filing of said charges by the State Attorney's #Cffice with the Clerk of Court, Misdemeanor Department, the Miedemeanor Department shall notify the Traffic Violations Bureau to forward the original civil infracthmt to the Misdemeanor Department for inclusion in the misdemeanor case file. • Tg; civil infraction will no longer be payable, but must be disposedhin court in conjunction with the misdemeanor charge upon service of the summons. é- DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Jacksonville, Duval County, slerisa, aa;/” CHI§F JUDGE ,, -- 1 of 1 --
