Y Duval County, Florida, computer Systems Division, it is therefore, _ RESOLVED that the Procedures of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in ' » all courts of Duval County in which jury trials are held shall be amended to include this additional procedure adopting the following ° plan for the selection of persons for grand jury or petit jury service: ` ‘ 1. • No registered __ elector shall be omitted from being summoned as a juror. ‘ (c) The Clerk shall mail jury summons by first class United States mall, unless the Chief Judge directs that the Sheriff “ of the county effect personal service on the juror. • Y it- Any deficiency or excess of jurors so selected, or any I _ ` error of commission or omission in the selection of or serving of any grand or petit juror, shall not affect the legality of the organization of the jury, and no indictment ofl a grand jury or I A| verdict of a petit jury shall be subject to challenge because of I any such error, so long as each juror was a registered elector of the county at the time that juror’s name was selected.
