Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • (F) The bailiff shall record on the court calendar, for each case, the location of that case by the tape number and counter number on that tape. • When it becomes necessary to transcribe a record for an appeal or other such circuit family proceeding, the Chief Judge shall direct the Court Administrator to either provide to the requesting party a duplicate tape of the proceedings or assign the transcription of the tape recording to an available Official or Deputy Court Reporter. • D E (1) Transcripts shall be produced by the Official N Court Reporter’s office only upon court order, at the expense of the requesting party, payable at the electronic transcriber m reporter, before delivery of the transcript. • Cost of the duplicate tape and O certification shall be paid by the requesting party before delivery N of the duplicate tape. • (3) Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting the stenographic reporting of any proceeding hereunder when so required by Rule; when ordered by the general master/child support enforcement officer, or any circuit judge; or when requested by any party and approved by the general master/child support enforcement officer, provided the latter shall be at the sole expense of the requesting party.
