Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • When the State Attorney’s Office makes a decision to divert a case and alter the Defendant has signed a contract accepting the diversion program, a notice shall be sent by the State Attomey’s Oiiice to the Pre-Trial Detention Facility or the Juvenile Assessment Center and Clerk’s Office notifying these agencies that prosecution will be delayed. • Upon receipt of this notice, the Pre-Trial Detention Facility or the Juvenile Assessment Center shall release the Defendant from custody, except for Drug Court Defendants who shall be released only upon the Order ofthe presiding Judge.
