Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • That the State Attorney’ s Office shall also be familiar with all other sections of this S, Administrative Order and shall follow the guidelines provided in section III below. rl II. • That all persons (including the defense attomeys and the attorneys from the State Attorney’s Office) who are involved in trials in which the death penalty is sought and in all capital post-conviction proceedings must work together with the provider of court reporter services to accomplish all possible means to expedite the transcription ofthese proceedings. • That all persons involved in such criminal proceedings must be cognizant ofthe fact that real- time technologyis new and is still not free oferrors. • That there must be continueduse of altemating court reporters when feasible and appropriate; however, it is recognized that alternating court reporters is usually not feasible to cover different days of 3 -- 3 of 5 -- the same trial since one court reporter may not be able to read the notes ofanother court reporter or have G another and may not have another court repor1er’s real-time notes available;
