Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • The letter report shall identify the affected Traffic Citation Number(s), and/or Arrest & Booking Number(s), and/or other Warrant Number(s). • In cases actively appearing on the Cou1t’s calendar, where an amendment is made on the record, in Court, to the defendant’s name or other identifying information, or such information I is affected by the filing of an Amended Infonnation or Indictment, the State Attomey’s Office shall advise the Jacksonville Sheriff’ s Office in writing of such amendment. • The Clerk shall make i appropriate note of such change(s) in the Court file. • This Administrative Order shall be recorded in the Official Records of Duval County in the State of Florida, and copies shall be provided by the Clerk of the Court to the State Attorney’s Office, the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office, the Department of Corrections, the Public Defender’s g| Office, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
