Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • Once a Notice of Appearance is filed in a_ Dependency case, a Juvenile Division Judge (or, if absent, then any Circuit Judge) shall review the Notice in light of the individual’s -- 1 of 3 -- OR BK 17817 PAGE 1872 I relationship to the case, and determine whether to approve the Notice of Appearance, and, if the Notice is approved, enter an Order in the Dependency case in which the Notice was filed, approving the Notice, which would give the person standing and authorize the person to have access td all records in such specified case only, with a copy provided to the Clerk’s Office as well as to all parties in the case.
