Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • 4) In the event that a person from the general public who does not have permission to electronically record fiom the Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit is found to be recording with the interior of the Duval County Courthouse in violation of this Order and that person fails to comply with a request to cease recording, that person shall be escorted out of the Duval County Courthouse and not permitted to return until such time as that person is no longer in possession of any electronic andlor recording devices. • If a person is escorted out of the Duval County Courthouse pursuant to this order, that action shall not excuse the person from failing to appear in court as required. • Printed name of Requester i Signature of Requester" Please submit an original copy of this form no later than 10 business days before the date on which you would like to record to:
