Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • 1) Law Enforcement Officers, the State Attorney and Assistant State “Attorneys mayluse the pedestrian bridge to access the Duval County Courthouse without being screened 1 . by Courthouse Security. _ 2) Any person other than Law Enforcement Officers, the State Attorney and Assistant State Attorneys, including but not limited to non-attorney and non-investigator staff employed by the Office of the State Attorney, attorneys not employed by the Office- of the State Attorney, witnesses and victims, must be screened by Counhouse Security which shall include the use of a magnetometer prior to using the pedestrian bridge to enter the Duval County Courthouse from the Office of the State Attorney. • 3) Any person other than Law Enforcement Officers, the State Attorney and Assistant ' State Attomeys, and non-attorney and non-investigator staff employed by the Office of the State Attorney including but not limited to attorneys not employed by the Office of the State Attorney, witnesses and victims, must be accompanied by an employee of the Office of the State Attomey at all timeswhile using the pedestrian bridge to enter the Duval County Courthouse from the Offiee of the State Attorney. • A -- 2 of 4 -- OR BK 18951 PAGE 358 5) All persons who are required to proceed through the magnetometer to enter the Duval Coiuity Courthouse and the Court facilities located elsewhere in Duval County and are discovered with unlicensed and illegal weaponswill-b_e subject to arrest. • If such investigators are in plairi,_.non-‘uniformed clothing those investigators are required to display a green badge holder and/or lanyard at all times while carrying a concealed weapon within the Duval County Courthouse or other Court facilities; f.
