Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1974-06 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • The Clerk of the County Court shall provide a minimum of two (2) deputy clerks, one of whom shall be experienced in Summary Procedure cases, for each session of Summary Procedure • At the time of Summary First Appearances, the Clerk shall have noted on the trial calendar the following notations: • Pursuant to Rule 7.050(2)(c) the Clerk shall provide immediate assistance, if requested, to any non-represented litigant in the preparation of any papers to be filed in this action. • Summary First Appearances, the Clerk shall enter a default on behalf of the plaintiff as directed by the Court.
