Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1986-04 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • That the Third Amended Administrative Order filed on May 30, 2000 shall be vacated as to Clay County only until further Order of the Court. • Army for providing misdemeanor supervision services shall therefore be suspended as to Clay County only until iirrther Order ofthe Court. • That the fees to be paid by all misdemeanant probationers to the Salvation Army for providing misdemeanor supervision services shall be in the amount of forty ($40.00) dollars in accordance with Florida Statute § 948.09(l)(b). • That this Fourth Amended Administrative Order shall take effect immediately in Clay • That the Fourth Amended Administrative Order shall be recorded in the Oliicial Records of Duval County in the State of Florida, and copies shall be firrnished by the Clerk of the Court to the Oflice of the Clerk in Clay County and to the Clay County Bar Association.
