Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1988-22 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • Other mediators will be certified upon attaining eligibility and presenting their credentials. when referring a case to mediation, the judge shall provide a copy of the order to the office of the Court Administrator and a copy to the Chief Judge. • The mediator shall contact the Court Adminsitrator to schedule mediation time, place and date. • However, in either case, a copy of the notice of mediation, stating the case number, time, place and date shall be sent to the Court Administrator. • The mediator shall provide the Court administrator with a monthly status report stating the case number, the date of mediation, and the result, i. e. resolved, partially resolved or impasse. • The Court Administrator shall provide the Chief Judge with a weekly, updated calendar of all mediation. scheduling in the courthouse, and a copy of the monthly mediation states report of all mediators.
