Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1989-09 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • Parenting Plan, and an Income Deduction Order, amounting to another 25-30 pages, must be mailed to each pro se party; • WHEREAS, the Judges’ Final Judgments may not be mailed to the pro se litigants unless the proper postage is added; • Summary Procedure shall provide to the Judge or his Judicial Assistant sufficient, plain • A plain envelope is required so that the retum address of the judge may be affixed. • The envelopes shall be pre-addressed, and need not be of bond quality. 2 -- 2 of 4 -- • Duval County, the litigant must pay $12.00 to the Clerk of Court, Duval County, which will pay for the Court’s costs, including envelopes, postage and administrative fees, so that the Clerks can mail the Magistrate’s Report and Recommendations, a proposed Final Judgment, a Parenting • That this Amended Administrative Order shall be effective nunc pro tunc • May 24, 2010, and shall remain in full force and effect unless and until otherwise ordered by this Court. • That this Amended Administrative Order shall be recorded by the Clerk of the Court, in the Official Records of Duval County, in the State of Florida.
