Verbatim from the operative section of this order, re-extracted 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • All persons entering the Duval County Courthouse, the Courthouse Annex and the Court facilities located elsewhere in Duval County shall proceed through the magnetometer, and those individuals discovered with unlicensed and illegal weapons will be subject to arrest. • Licensed weapons may be confiscated and returned upon departure from the Courthouse, the Courthouse Annex and Court facilities located elsewhere in Duval County. • Upon request from Court Administration, the above-named individuals (except Law Enforcement Officers and Assistant State Attorneys) will be issued a photo identification card that will be the only identification recognized by the guards and Courthouse Security persomiel in all Court facilities.
