Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1993-08 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • Course that is required by section 61.21, Florida Statutes, and therefore eliminates the specific name of the class and only refers litigants to Hope Haven’s Parent Education and Family • Clinic and Family Center has provided, and due to its willingness to accept indigent clients referred by the Court, the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, shall continue with the services of Hope Haven’s Children’s Clinic and Family Center as the provider for the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course. • (E) That intemet or other distance leaming courses are not generally acceptable to the judiciary of the Fourth Judicial Circuit because they do not provide the parents the opportunity to interact with each other, other attendees, and a live course provider, deemed essential by the Fourth Judicial Circuit to comport with the spirit, as well as the letter, of the course requirement. • (F) That any intemet or other distance learning courses generally accqatable by entities other than the judiciary of the Fourth Judicial Circuit shall be acceptable to the judiciary of the Fourth Judicial Circuit specifically only in cases of exigent circumstances, such as the permanent relocation of a party out of state, such circumstances to be determined on a case-by-case basis. • (G) That all other Administrative Orders that have been previously entered and are still in full force and effect, addressing the same subject matter, shall remain in full force and effect unless any terms or conditions appear to be contradictory, in which case, this Administrative Order shall supersede such Order(s). • OR BK 17881 PAGE 979 (I) That this Fourth Amended Administrative Order No. 93-08 shall take effect immediately and remain in full force and effect until further order of this Court, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Order shall apply unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
