Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1995-16 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • Visitation Guidelines in Book 8229, Pages 1921-22 shall be replaced with paragraphs eight (8) and thirteen (l3_) set forth below to provide as follows: • Each of the parties shall exercise the utmost good faith and shall consent to all reasonable visitation requests by the other party. • Therefore, not as a limitation, but as an extension of the foregoing, the non-custodial parent is entitled to and shall have the following minimum visitation rights with each child: ‘ll it 1* (8) Summer visitation for six (6) weeks. • Ifthe parties are unable to agree upon the dates for such visitation then, by default, the visitation shall commence one week after the child's school classes end or, if the child is not yet in school, shall -- 1 of 2 -- h • Bunk 8493 commence the second Saturday in June, and shall continue for a period of six weeks. • Where the child attends such a school, the court shall specify the precise weeks during which visitation shall occur, striving to allow the non-custodial parent the six weeks he or she would ordinarily be entitled to while interfering as little as possible with the child's educational curriculum. $1 ll 1* (13) This subsection is hereby deleted in its entirety. • (B) This Amended Administrative Order shall take eifect immediately, and shall be recorded in the Ofliciai Records ofDu_val County in the State of Florida, and copies furnished by the Clerk of the Court to the Jacksonville Bar Association. • (C) All remaining provisions of Administrative Order No. 95-16 entered on December 1, 1995 shall remain in filll force and efi"ect. /
